Watched a worker eating fries out of the fry basket. Disgusting. I told the manager and he blew me off saying “that’s just not in his character.”Call me a liar all you want. Check your bags in the drive thru. We live in Dobson and my husband went all the way to mount airy to get beef and Cheddars. He gets back to the house and all we've got is just regular roast beefs, there was ZERO beef and Cheddars in the bags. He ordered and told the drive thru correctly, beef and cheddars, but we recieved none. Waste of time and money. It's really not that difficult to get a simple order correct!!!!
They got some great chicken tenders!I also run DoorDash for them, and they always get the orders ready in a timely manner!
Order to go, just across the street. Sandwiches were ok. Cold fries.
An employee, Kim performed customer service astonishingly. Thank you for being a great employee! Food was great and quick. Thanks Arby's team.
