Jack's - Moundville

This is probably the WORST jacks to eat at. The fried chicken is so greasy it soaked through my box,my fries are always cold and they NEVER have sauces your lucky if you get any sauce. Also to add your employees are rude. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Our online order though Grubhub didn't go through. The lady that helped us was wonderful. She made our order, we got it quick. It was great. Food and second was great! Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $1–10

Stop by this restaurant this morning at 6:20 to eat breakfast. I went in used the restroom. Went to the counter to order and was told that they weren't open, and was told to leave. Customers service does not exist at this location.

The food and service were both excellent, earning a solid 5 out of 5. The atmosphere was also very pleasant and deserves a 5-star rating. I recommend the Kid's Meal with Chicken Fingers and the Fried Chicken, both of which were delicious. There is plenty of parking available as well.
