Domino's Pizza - Mounds View

I placed an order and it was never delivered (the online system stated it had been). I called the store once and was told that the order was still in transit. Then after another hour, I called back, asked to speak to the manager, and was connected withtheir shift manager. He refused to do anything to rectify my order not being delivered (he claimed that the driver said she haddelivered my order correctly and essentially called me a liar). I asked for a replacement order and was flat out refused. Extremely unprofessional, I will not be going back there!

It was was a warm day around 3 I got a tiktok saying there was a discount for 50% off any pizza. Seeing this I went over to my friends house and we decided we would split a large pizza together I go on my phone and put in a pickup order for a meatzilla orsomething like that. Go to the store 10 minutes later the pizza was just being finished. I payed for the food with my card gotthe pizza and could feel the warm touch from the bottom of the box, the aroma so sweet, I could not help but take a peek insidethe box. Inside the box was a perfectly cut pizza with every single meat you could imagine. Me and my friend ran home and putthe pizza on the table I got a plate and drenched the pizza in ranch and Barbecue. I took one bite and let out a sigh of reliefI immediately grabbed a Dr Pepper and took a sip, put on my favorite show stranger things, sat back and enjoyed the mostglorious meal one could have for 5$ the McDonald?s across the street seemed like a joke compared to this, whoever made thispizza god bless you as soon as I finished this pizza I knew I had to leave a review keep in mind, I NEVER leave reviews onrestraints, all I want to say is thank you, thank you so so so much. -Nathan Campbell

I ordered the chicken alfredo pizza with mushrooms, but unfortunately, it came with sauce and mushrooms only, no chicken. The service was for takeout during lunch, and the price per person was between $30 to $50. The food quality rated 1 out of 5, while the service and atmosphere both rated 4 out of 5.

I always order delivery from Dominos and have loved it since I was in kindergarten and Pinewood used to have pizza Fridays. I usually have Tim (Tall Tim) as my driver, but tonight I had Dana. Let me tell you, she is the sweetest person. I hope she continues to work there because she is so kind. Service: Delivery Meal Type: Dinner

The food was severely overcooked. Both the pizza and brownies were burnt. I was extremely disappointed and couldn't even eat them.
