This is a fantastic local restaurant! I absolutely love the fried chicken for lunch, and the grits and bacon for breakfast are simply the best.

We arrived just before closing time, but they still welcomed us and served us a meal. The food was delicious, and the service was outstanding. We dined in for lunch, and the cost per person was between $1 and $10.

Country Corner is awesome. Great selection of daily food choices. The BLTs are outstanding. My favorite is the four piece fried chicken meal. I eat it so often that the ladies know my choice by heart. Best chicken I have ever eaten. You can't go wrong with all the local farmers are eating their everyday for breakfast and lunch. Same folk guaranteed during the lunch time everyday. Farmers know how to eat. At least people know how to cater to the farmers. I absolutely recommend this place to anyone traveling through during breakfast or lunch. I give it five out of five stars because it doesn't let me give it 7 out of 5. Those who read my reviews before know that I don't rank most places high on the list. This is my number one choice. I just wish they were open for dinner too.
