I had an extremely disappointing experience at this restaurant on two occasions with the same employee. A couple of weeks ago, I went in to get a cinnamon sugar bagel and was met with a rude attitude instead. Hoping for a better outcome this time, I called in our order ahead of time, just before 8 AM. Absolutely delicious bagels, muffins and coffee. Very friendly and quick service, too.
