Kfc - Feedback

What Jeremy Alexander doesn't like about Kfc:
I ordered two Nashville hot chicken littles and ended up waiting in the drive-thru for 10 minutes, even though there was no one in front of me. When I finally received my food, I noticed that the Nashville hot sauce was on the wrapper instead of on the sandwich. How does that even happen? Fantastic buffet! Coming from the West, I'd never experienced a KFC buffet before, so I was a bit unsure at first, but it was amazing. The food still had that signature KFC flavor, if not even better. There were so many side dishes to choose from. It was definitely a great deal.
