What Laurent Breton doesn't like about Sei San:
A visit that will leave a bad memory, waiting interminable nothing but to order while we were only 2 tables, forced to ask for a map to be able to know the dishes of which 50% was not available, drinks towels. Once the order takes a hold of no less than 30 minutes for 5 nms and a chicken thigh without any seasoning and pasta remaining one night cooking (very pasta and excessively cooked). The welcome was adorable but the food really bad. Very disappointed, I recommend your way!
Hello, sei san cuisine of the world, everything is homemade we can eat asian nems samoussa pig to caramel chicken curry etc. is excellent! Today we chose to taste French cuisine: potée and oriental cuisine: couscous un delight !!!! Cheap and then very well received! We loved and very friendly! located in the main street of the market of Moulins on Friday noon very nice atmosphere, you can also take the dishes
I heard about it through friends and decided to launch me! It’s the best couscous I ate, very well garnished (see too much but it’s better how it’s not? It is true that the service is a bit long but it was worth waiting. So I’ll go back there to taste something else.. the manager has vanished her bobun, I’ll tell you some news!
After having tasted all the Asian restaurants of Moulins Yzeure Avermes, the sei san restaurant will remain the best in quality. Its home cuisine comes from the heart and culture of Vietnam enriched with its experience and various travels around the world. The service is a little slow but the welcome is warmest with this Franco-Vietnamian couple.
A very long service despite the fact that we were only 2 tables in the restaurant (4 people). Home cooked dishes are not bad in either but very fade. The plates very little garnished, disappointed with couscous I always look for the seagull of my couscous chicken merguez, the plate arrived with a chicken thigh a bit of semolina and a lot of sauce where some pieces of vegetables and chick peas were fighting in duel. Too bad because the boss, although overwhelmed by our 2 tables, is rather pleasant. In short a big lack of organization and a passable kitchen.
