After having tasted all the Asian restaurants of Moulins Yzeure Avermes, the sei san restaurant will remain the best in quality. Its home cuisine comes from the heart and culture of Vietnam enriched with its experience and various travels around the world. The service is a little slow but the welcome is warmest with this Franco-Vietnamian couple.

A very long service despite the fact that we were only 2 tables in the restaurant (4 people). Home cooked dishes are not bad in either but very fade. The plates very little garnished, disappointed with couscous I always look for the seagull of my couscous chicken merguez, the plate arrived with a chicken thigh a bit of semolina and a lot of sauce where some pieces of vegetables and chick peas were fighting in duel.
