Although I know the city, I can say it's a fake Italian place. No need to try, everything's wrong, including service.

While I know the city, I can say that this is a fake Italian place. No need to try everything is bad, including the service.
Terrible service, completely ignorant, if not completely uninterested in the guests well-being. The food is appalling and tasteless. To avoid!!!!
