We ordered the chicken tikka masala at a high spice level, and it arrived as a vibrant red dish that combined the classic flavors of CTM curry with an intriguing smokiness. The tandoori chicken, while visually intense, like it had just come from a volcano, was perfectly seasoned and generous with the amount of chicken served. The aloo gobi had a nice balance of cauliflower and potato, rich in taste without being overly greasy. They provided a substantial portion of rice with each dish. We opted for takeout, and the staff were friendly and efficient, making the whole experience quick and pleasant. I would rate this around 4.25 stars.
