Burger King Motril

I went to burger king at 4pm to eat on November 6,2022. I went to the computer to order a burger and a chicken sandwich and then opted to pay with cash at the counter. I waited for 1 hour because the staff did not do anything. There was a continuous line waiting to pay, but we all waited until everybody left except I was still waiting because I had to eat due to diabetes. When I was finally spoken to due to the lack of customer service, I told them I needed to pay my ticket, and they tried to make it work, but they said I need to go to the computer again to make a new ticket. These people are HORRIBLE Staff. These people need to find different work. This is FAST FOOD! Not 1 hour slow food! LEARN TO DO YOUR JOB

The people don't seem to care. The chips/patatas were DISGUSTING. Probably from the day before. UUURRGGG

La atención fue muy buena y nos sirvieron muy rápido. Sobre todo la camarera Celia fue muy simpática y nos ayudó con todo.

Los trabajadores muy majos y agradables, sobretodo, servicio rápido!

Siempre q hay hamburguesas con panes diferentes al costumbre, siempre les falta pan, no entiendo que en zona costa, en verano tengan estos fallos
