I love this place. They have large shaded terrace, great pizza and candy. It is so convenient for me to visit Mostar (only a few steps from my mother). The staff is always beautiful and professional. 5 stars
The food was truly excellent — the seafood pizza exceeded our expectations. However, our entire experience was ruined by the poor attitude of the waiter who served us. When we told him we wanted to pay in cash because our phone —where the card was— had run out of battery, he started sighing in a very unpleasant and exaggerated way, showing a clearly inappropriate and disrespectful attitude. It was an uncomfortable moment and extremely rude, leaving us with a completely unnecessary feeling of frustration. It’s a shame to go out to enjoy a dinner and end up with a bad taste in your mouth over something so avoidable and, honestly, absurd. What surprised us the most is that there were no other customers in the restaurant besides us, and it was 9 PM (the website says they close at 11). If the place had been full or close to closing time, at least it would have been somewhat understandable. I truly hope this kind of behavior is addressed, because the restaurant’s excellent food deserves equally high-quality service. A place this good should have staff who enhance the experience — not employees who treat customers poorly when they simply come to enjoy a meal and pay for good service.
