Arby's In Defuniak Spr - Mossy Head

I would have given this a zero if possible. Went thru at 11:00 am. We got our food and traveled 500 feet when I opened the food. The fries and sandwich were ice cold. My sprite was flat. The employees had an awful attitude. I called the manager to make sure the food we received at opening was not just tossed in the microwave and warmed up. He couldn’t have care less that we had a terrible experience and never once tried to rectify the situation. Absolutely terrible food and customer service. Not at all what we are used to from Arby’s.

Never has roast beef when we go thru drive thru in the evenings, and it's their specialty!!!

If I could give them zero stars for service I would!! Whoever was there on the night of Monday 10/9/2013 completely ignored me. They weren’t closed. I checked online and it said they didn’t close for another hour, and the front door said they didn’t close for another 2 hours. I went there at 10pm just wanting a shake. I went up to the drive thru speaker and sat there for 10 minutes with no answer, I even said hello multiple times, even honked my horn. Then I tried calling, again no answer. Then I went to the front door to see if they were closed but they weren’t. The drive thru was still open but the dinning room was not otherwise I would’ve gone in, but then I went back to the speaker and said hello a few more times and waited for another 5 minutes and nothing. If you go here within an hour before closing hell even 2 hours they will hide in the back and completely ignore you until you leave. I did see someone by the window when I drove though the first time before going to the speaker. Ridiculous.
