UPDATE: I returned today, 8/6/23, and was served by Rick, who was working alone. Unfortunately, the food was not up to par this time. Something has definitely changed. The coleslaw was spoiled, the mashed potatoes were instant and not properly prepared—definitely just dry flakes at the bottom of the container. The chicken was overcooked and dry as well.
