Then many people come out in a row and complain that they have waited 2 hours to get food and come up to us in the car and say this... then drove on and those who came behind us also backed up and ran.. talk about poor efficiency. Took quite a long time, and it seemed like those standing there didn 't see that we were waiting for food. Because instead of cooking, they started washing, picking up mops lying on the floor, etc. I report after 15 20 minutes and then get that it 's on its way. Rolling eyes, loud huffing and sulking then come from the other side of the counter. Employees standing in the kitchen go directly from the mop to cooking without me even seeing them wash their hands. I submitted a complaint about this at the beginning of September, and was told by the operations manager by email that I should receive compensation for the incident I had experienced. Now it 's almost December, and I still haven 't seen anything about this compensation or get any more answers as I 've been pestering about what 's going on. The management is failing here it seems, which I think is crazy when it comes to such important things as health in the kitchen.
