Customer service is excellent. The food is also excellent. This cracker barrel is better than that in Gulfport. Waaaaay better!!! The time to get our food was not long. The food was hot! My coffee was fresh and extremely hot. We ate here on Saturday morning at 8:30. It was PACKED! If you are concerned about COVID, there will be many customers without masks. And if you don't care about COVID, there will be many who will not wear masks. There are many parking spaces on the front and back of the restaurant. Access to the restaurant is not complicated. It is conveniently located on Interstate 10. Therefore, if you are on the go, you can get out and on the Interstate without complications. Oh, yeah, I forgot to mention that there might be a waiting time to get a table, but it won't take too long. You can call about 15 minutes in advance to get to the list. Once you arrive at the restaurant, you should receive a text that informs you that they are ready to put you. Enjoy!!!

Super busy considering the day. The staff had a hard time to sit. We were a group of 16. Make sure you let them know that your ENTIRE party has arrived or they will not begin to find a place per the hostesses. Our waitress went beyond and beyond. Our whole food was on point and delicious. I just wish we didn't have to wait 90 minutes for a table when we called so far and noticed the staff 3 separate times we had arrived.
