Although we were given a new one, the entire ordeal took 45 minutes. The burger itself was tasty and fresh, but the service left much to be desired.

Went in to speak up and recommended shutting down the pump until it 's fixed. The fact that there is absorbent on the ground indicates that this is nothing new. The response to the fact that the side of the car, the rim, the brakes and me with clothes were soiled was an oh yes...that was stupid... . An offer to wash the brakes and other things that were dirty did not come as a matter of course from the service!

I find it odd that Shell wants to desperately charge full price for something that expired nearly 3 months ago. The lack of understanding and miserable tone did not make the situation more pleasant.
