My sandwich was made incorrectly. We had already driven across town to pick them up during our lunch break. Then I had to leave work and drive back to get a new one. The manager's only response was a half-hearted apology about the onions, and she seemed to imply it was my own fault.
The sandwiches are consistently delicious, but each visit leaves me concerned as I observe the staff not following proper hand washing protocols between glove changes, with some wearing long hair unrestrained, and the overall appearance of the restaurant being disorganized and untidy. Additionally, the customer service provided by the sandwich makers could be friendlier.
The subway sandwich was good, but I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 because it was a bit cold and it was a meatball sub.
From my personal experience... If you want to have a sub made the way you like it don't go to this subway. This is the second time now that my sub was made wrong and the manager is very rude about it when you call and say that it wasn't done properly. Tells me if I want a new sub I have to drive all the way back and give her the old sub or else everyone would be wanting free subs. What a joke! Maybe people would try to get free subs but this has happened a few times before and she still needs me
