Wow! We had my father's birthday party here and saying that I am impressed is an understatement. I can't think of one thing they could improve! The main rib was the best I ever had! Our server Jenny) was attentive to our needs and was simply a pleasure to have as our server. The banquet coordinator gave us options and did everything to meet our needs. Parking is limited, but there is street parking available. The food is decent but on the pricey side. Ratings: Food: 3, Service: 4, Atmosphere: 3.
The food was excellent, and the staff was incredibly friendly. They initially estimated a 20-minute wait, but we were seated in about 10 minutes, which wasn't bad at all for a Friday night. I had dinner, and the price per person was around $20–30. I would rate the food a 4, the service a perfect 5, and the atmosphere also a 5. I highly recommend trying the Clam Chowder!
I visited this restaurant around 8 PM on Halloween for a late dinner but was informed that they were closed. They wouldn't even accommodate us at a table for two. We ended up going to another popular restaurant down the road, where we had a fantastic experience, and they also closed at 9 PM! Overall, I would rate the food, service, and atmosphere at this place a 1.
We went to the Porterhouse to have a night cap after a long and stressful week. The staff was talking loudly, from 20 feet away from each other the entire night and the weirdest thing is that they have the blender for their blended drinks right at the front corner of the bar where patrons sit. One of their employees was sitting at the bar and drunk and so loud too...I should have stayed with my kids at the football game instead of trying to have a nice time out with my husband. I can't really comment on the food as we didn't have any this time, but will rate on previous experiences within the last year, 3 stars is about right.
Things are going great after a 14-hour drive that day, which we had shared with our server, and then when were ready to go, we literally sat waiting for almost 15 minutes for our bill and no one was around. Food was good, but not sure we'd stop again unless we had reason to stay overnight in Moses Lake. We DID get our AARP discount. Service: Dine in
