Pizza Hut - Moses Lake

I was disappointed with my experience. The 14" Backyard BBQ Chicken Pizza didn't have any BBQ sauce, and there was no marinara for the cheese sticks. Additionally, I only received one of the two ranch dips that I actually paid for. On a positive note, the 8 breaded boneless wings were quite good.

This was likely one of the worst pizzas we've ever had. Unfortunately, the quality of their products has declined over the years, much like many other long-established fast food chains. Every couple of years, we decide to give them another shot, and each time, we're left very disappointed. We also ordered the Ultimate Chocolate Cookie, but it turned out to be mostly a gooey mess that couldn't even be picked up by hand.

They got my order wrong, and the cook was rude to my delivery person.

This was my first order from this restaurant. The pizza was good, but the wings I ordered were lacking in sauce. They weren't very covered at all, which some people might prefer, but I personally like my wings smothered in sauce. Overall, it’s still a pretty good spot.

Vanessa was fantastic! I had some issues with a different Pizza Hut, so I called this location, and she was incredible. She really helped me feel much better.
