I just left the restaurant and I am still in love with the beef tartare. The venue is gorgeous, elegant and modern. The menu has been studied down to the smallest detail, with attention also paid to various dietary needs. Also the layout (compliments to the graphic designer). The cooking of the ribs was perfect.
