On August 5th, 2024 we visited the Etablissement Krone, we ordered a table for 7:15 p.m. arrived on time, we sat and waited a full 40 minutes for the conditions to bring the menu to the table, at 7:50 p.m. the time had come and the drinks were ordered replied, we waited another 20 minutes until we finally got the food. During this we observed where new guests came and were served directly and their orders were brought forward. When I asked if we ordered something out of the ordinary (2 schnitzels with 3 of them fries, a salad and 3 schnitzels with fried potatoes that would be out of the ordinary, the waitress said I 'll ask in the kitchen After another 15 minutes, 3 schnitzels with fries arrived, one supposedly with bacon, which didn 't contain any bacon, we waited another 15 minutes until the others at the table got their food, and the other one 's food was cold no longer fresh!!! Cutlery was in short supply, we had to ask for more cutlery!!!! We were 5 adults, 1 child was brought 2 cutlery, the rest we had to (almost ask for it . When I asked for the landlord to complain about the service we were offered, he was told he would be there soon, but he was more busy chatting with other guests at the bar in the restaurant after 45 minutes and finally he was there. and asked why he was called!!!! When I told him that the service today had nothing to do with customer orientation and he was already blaming his staff, he wouldn 't find any staff etc.! However, this did not pass the constructive criticism as he was told that other guests who arrived well after us were given priority and that we had to wait forever for the service to eat and drink. We by no means said that the service was unfriendly because that wasn 't the young woman She was smiling in a friendly manner, we only complained about the waiting time of exactly 2:15 hours until our food was ready and it was wrong and we had to wait again and that customer satisfaction for an innkeeper who, according to his own statement, has 16 years of experience!! The first commandment must be, after all, an innkeeper lives from the satisfaction of his guests who are willing to pay and who leave money, but the innkeeper the owner would not need this, he would not be dependent on the guests there, so you ask yourself how he does everything finance!!! But dear Mr. Owner of Krone, please be aware that at the end of the day it is the guests who ensure that a restaurant runs because if no one comes, they have no reason to run this restaurant and as someone who, according to his own statement, has 16 years of experience Take criticism seriously because any criticism like today 's can only help you to improve instead of threatening to never visit us again!!!! The innkeeper said he had already had guests a week before who also waited 2 hours for their food and they said it would be best if they never came here again!!! What kind of restaurateur with 16 years of experience says something like that, probably someone who is simply overwhelmed. Once again, take this to heart and work on it and strive for service customer orientation, after all, they live from it and pay from it the restaurant and its staff. Train your staff to treat every guest the same, regardless of their origin ; !!!! In the end we paid an amount of €150.80 for a service that was below ground level. The first and last visit!!!!
