We asked for wine 5 times and when it came it was without glasses and we had almost finished our main course. The rump steak was so chewy it had to be sent back. The next one was excellent but everyone else had finished eating! The chips that should have been with our ribs came half way through the course. This has been our favourite restaurant for 18 years. Sadly not this year!
