Contribute FeedbackThe dining experience at this restaurant offers a mix of satisfaction and disappointment. While some diners praise the excellent service and family-friendly atmosphere, others lament the lack of full table service and overwhelming noise levels. The menu features standard pub fare, though recent changes have left some loyal customers yearning for past favorites. While some dishes hit the mark, others suffer from overcooking or lack of flavor. Despite these inconsistencies, improvements under new management suggest potential for a brighter future. Guests are encouraged to return, as friendly staff and a lovely setting create a welcoming ambiance amidst the critiques.
I have dinning for meals several times the food is excellent with a very good selection of food. the service was excellent and the waitress was very polite and helpful. I will also be hers for many more meals. keep the work young a pleasure to be theirs.
Was disappointed that full table service was not offered at this restaurant. Neither was there beverage service. If you want to call yourself a restaurant then offer these things. If you want us to order at the counter and bring our own beverages in from the Club bar, then call yourself a Bistro, so there can be no reason for disappointment. Menu was standard pub grub. Noise level was uncomfortable, especially with the meat tray announcements coming from the Club. Food was good, but why stuff a big salad into a tiny bowl? Makes for messy eating. Overall, did not enjoy the experience as much as I had anticipated. Not the place that I remembered from past visits.
The restaurant was great but the online booking was not received- thus we didn’t have a table booked. We were lucky to get a table.
Great food. Great service. Only issue was that despite booking they had no record of the booking.
Everything was excellent until the sound system was blasting away during dinner Perhaps you could test the sound quality while advertising the meat raffles and other pertinent announcements, such as badge draw, etc., etc....
