They were supposed to be fried but instead came out of the oven or microwave. The chicken was dry, tough, and had a hard crust.

However, after calling to inquire, I was informed that this was not true and my order would actuall... read more After placing my order, I was told it would take 90 minutes. However, after calling to inquire, I was informed that this was not true and my order would actually arrive within 30 minutes. Despite the assurance, my order was delivered after 90 minutes, arriving cold and weak. Thankfully, the delivery person was friendly and made sure to deliver the food warm.
