In the heart of one of the most beautiful castles that Flanders is rich, I discovered an oasis of peace and culinary pleasure. An extremely delicious wine guided a delicious afternoon lunch. Very well prepared and kind and classy served. The dessert was the cherry on the cake of a glorious culinary confusion...
