They are always apologetic, but it's difficult to resolve once it's delivered. The bag was sealed, so the driver wasn’t at fault.

They had no sandwiches because someone forgot to thaw them from the freezer. Duh!!! The least they could have done was called to let us know. They had the number. Wehave had issues with this store in the past, not getting all of our food.
