What Matt Stclair doesn't like about Jimmy John's:
I called my order in it took over 2 hours to get I called a couple different times to see where my order was the last time I called the guy said you keep calling it’s gonna be 2 or 3 days I called the corporate store they said they would pass it onto the owner of that store and he would follow up w u in next 24 hours. Sandwiches are good, but don’t count on the order status updates — we’ve NEVER gotten one, ever! We order online frequently, and we always get a confirmation that they’ve received our order, but it’s anyone’s guess when they’ll actually be ready for pickup.
