I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. The service was poor, and the food was not good. I paid $14.00 for two double hamburgers and ended up waiting nearly 35 minutes. When I asked about the delay, they informed me that any extra toppings would cost between 50 cents to $1.50 each—are you serious? Take my advice: steer clear of this place. I learned my lesson the hard way.
Keenan was absolutely amazing! We are Coconut Tiger, the band, and we give the staff here a HUGE A+. We had the pleasure of seeing Keenan two nights in a row, and he was definitely a standout. He expertly upsold items, introduced himself, and provided exceptional customer service with a great attitude and a smile on his face. This was hands down the best experience we’ve ever had after a gig. Plus, we were greeted with delicious hot broasted chicken waiting for us! Thank you, Keenan, Leanne at Dakota, and the entire Sioux Indian community! Coconut Tiger salutes you all!
The food is quite good, and the prices are reasonable with satisfying portion sizes. However, the staff appears to be overworked and not particularly cheerful. You place your order and pay at the counter, then retrieve your meal when your number is called. They serve delicious burgers, chicken, chicken tenders, tater tots, and more.

Regarding their cleanliness, there seemed to be a lack of safety practices, and the table settings were subpar. They didn't clean the tables unless you specifically asked them to. For context, I ordered takeout for dinner, and my total was around $20–30. The restaurant does offer both dine-in and takeout options, but based on my experience, I wouldn't recommend dining here.
