I arrived at around 6:25/30 with my 1-year-old and no one greeted us at the door, even though the staff was clearly visible inside. Why lock the doors before closing time? I have visited this restaurant without any issues before, but this experience was frustrating enough for me to write a review. If I could, I would not give any stars. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Planet Smoothie:
I was excited to have a smoothie for breakfast, but it was a big letdown. I arrived at 8:20 am and the sign stated they were open from 8-9 am Monday to Friday. However, it was Wednesday and they were still closed. I was very frustrated and disappointed. I used to enjoy coming here, but this experience really upset me. This place always runs out of grape juice! Amazing!
The doors were closed and locked during business hours once again on December 14, 2023 at 7:15pm. There was no answer when calling the restaurant, and the staff gave off unfriendly vibes.
No matter who makes my smoothies at this restaurant, they always taste amazing! Absolutely delicious!
