What User doesn't like about Papa John's Pizza:
The delivery driver calculated me a different amount than what I was told online that my order would be($10 more)plus I typed them and I contacted the store immediately and received terrible customer service. I would order them faithfully for my family and my childcare, but I will no longer order from here. View all feedback.
I left a long disappointed review here about 6 months ago. I haven't ordered online for many months. I started ordering about a month ago, sometimes twice a week. It was nothing infallible. I order online, Papatracker is great, and the eta of delivery is quite spot on. I don't know if they have a new management or whatever it is, it works.
I placed my order online, picked it up. It was hood as hell in there... They were cursing, Lil Baby was playing, a couple didn't have their uniform on, and no one really greeted me. But, the food was ready on time, was correct, and delicious. What morecan you ask for nowadays.
Worst experience ever. I placed my order 3 times over a 3 hour period. I guess two of those ordered were stolen by a delivery driver. Who operates like this?
The manager is horrible ! My pizza was suppose to be light marinara taste like they poured extra . I would give this place 0 stars if I could . I will never come back !!
The pizza is always hot and fresh and the service is friendly. I usually order a specialized pizza and they always get my order right everytime when other restaurants struggle with the same order. I appreciate that.
