Mcdonald's - MORROW

It's pretty decent. But I can't see why they have so many check-in kiosks or take the order kiosk for self-service. No one seems to teach you how to order everything on the kiosk, and the many changes from behind the counter to the kiosk. For example, it is difficult to find the peculiarities on the kiosk.

This location was out of all fountain drinks and had ice cream but couldn't make shakes (or so I was told). Wait was at least 20 minutes from the speaker where you order. Also, employees were literally taking out trash one bag at a time and the bags weren'tobscenely large enough to need so many people on trash duty.

My experiences are usually good but whoever the manager was tonight 7/07/22 at 10:24 PM needs to get put in her place . She?s lucky i had my baby in the car because you guys would have had to close down. Instead of getting smart with me you should thinkabout going to the gym?I?m just going to call you Precious since i don?t know your name. If you don?t like your little $12 ahour job get another?simple?humble yourself love?

My son and I ordered our usual meal and decided to dine-in. our table was not clean even though we requested that the table be cleaned off by the staff. I cleaned the table myself and noticed that as we were eating the staff made no effort to wiping down the tables as we ate for about 30 mins. Our order was made correctly but the staff was not too enthused by our business as they were more focused on their own entertainment among themselves.

If there was a negative star option I would select. I just got three burgers that appeared to be over a day-old and they were rock hard. But I will give one-star because the ice cream machine was indeed working.
