Place an order online, over an hour still hadn't received my food, called to get an update and no one would answer the phone at the store, it just played the recording for 20 minutes before I hung up. Called back and finally got someone to answer and the girl was rude and said they tried to deliver my order..and tried to call me. Lies! No one ever knocked on my hotel door or tried to call me. Placed an order online for delivery. After over an hour I called the store to check on it. The young lady stated that they were short staff on drivers and we had the option to cancel or come and get it. I said okay we will come get it. Sent my son up there about 2o min later and they never even started the order!!! How lazy can you be?! This store is so poorly ran!!! They don’t even try to make people order!!! Never again!!!
Originally placed an online order for delivery. My order was cancelled and I received a call stating there was only one driver working today. I could understand that. I was given the option to receive store credit or pick up my order. I opted for the latter, however, my order was never changed to pick-up it was simply cancelled. The young lady at the first counter taking orders was very sweet and polite and truly seemed confused as she was told to cancel my order. Idk which of the two young men called me about my order as neither owned up to it while I was there, but the lack of communication is horrible. My card was charged so if I'm not fully refunded in 3 days I'll be back for a visit because the issue would now be bigger than miscommunication. Get it together!
The young lady that came to my house was very nice and professional.
I placed an order online. I had my son get it from the delivery driver cause I was doing something. When I went to check it the order was completely wrong and the receipt had the name, address, and phone number where it was supposed to be delivered to. I called the store 18 times. Someone picked up and hung up the phone and other times they picked up the phone and just let it sit there. One instance I hear an employee complaining about why does she have to have an emergency contact. I was trying to handle the situation in a calm and rational way but the horrible customer service has me seeing red. Now I have to go up there and address this. Why? Just answer the phone and rectify the problem.
