I have come to Viva 3 times and have enjoyed it everytime. My favorite is the chicken fajita (onions only and no dairy) and my father a vegetarian loves the veggie fajita. The veggie fajita comes with tofu and some interesting vegtables. I would encourage bringing a sweater or jacket though as it is often cold inside. There are games for kids/adults, a foosball table and corn hole/ bean bag toss. The service of always friendly. We also tried a mango aqua fresca and horchata during our last visit. Both drinks were delicious! There is a room that is partially partitioned off in the back that can be used for parties or large groups.
It’s good place to have Mexican food. Good customer service and good food. Prices are reasonable. For kids they give drawing sheet and crayons. Tortillas chips and salsa for everyone. Salsa was good. If you are there for bday dine or lunch don’t forget to ask them for bday surprise.
Good casual Mexican food with fun and modern decorations. The service was slightly slow, however we did go around brunch time on a Saturday. The Viva margarita tasted like orange juice and costs $6.99 which was a little disappointing.
This little place is easily one of my Mexican restaurants. The staff is amazing, friendly, and remembers you. The food is great all the way around. They have the classics good expect from A Mexican restaurant including burritos, classic tacos, fajitas, and quesadillas. The alambre (steak is my favorite) is phenomenal with just the right combination of everything. The chips, salsa, and guacamole are all perfect. However, take a night, get adventurous, and order their custom tacos. So far my favorite is the Bacon and Scallop on a warm corn tortilla. Each taco comes with cabbage, pineapple, crema mex, and sesame seeds. This is something that just doesn't seem like it should work but one bite will remove any reservations you may have had. On the desert front they have several tasty options. I don't usually like the tres leches cake, but theirs has won me over and often finds its way home with me to round out a great meal. I highly recommend this for your next lunch or dinner.
My boyfriend and I tried Viva Mexican Kitchen for the first time and absolutely loved it! We had the Parrillada for two and a Viva la Piña Margarita definitely recommend this place for simply hanging out or for a date.
