We had a reservations for New Year’s Eve and upon arrival we were told they were running 45 minutes behind schedule. We waited for around half an hour to then be basically told we would not be getting into the restaurant before they did last call on food and drinks at 10:30 pm, our reservation was for 9:30 pm. Beautiful Christmas feeling with decorations and seasonal cocktails. quite expensive for what they get!
We had some drinks. the cocktails are really well made with good ingredients. we had fun. beautiful place and good atmosphere.
Ambience 100%! Appetizer food was disappointing. It was very basic and similar to pub appetizers which wasn’t expected in such a nice venue and for the price.
Service was outstanding, and the place is well decorated to bring in the Christmas spirit! The food choices we made were okay, (we had the Aburi sushi and the Soft Shell Crab Tacos). We didn't finish the tacos, as the taste was a bit Ocean like for fresh seafood, and we didn't think they were as good as the price reflected. We also noticed that while enjoying the Christmas music, there were advertisements playing every now and then in between the songs which was a bit offputting. However, the Georgia Hotel and all its establishments are superb and we will be returning with friends.
Setting is spectacular. Food was cold when it arrived at the table. We could not get a specialty coffee as they don 't serve them during busy periods. You are paying premium prices for the ambience, not for the cuisine.
