Pizza Hut - Morrisville

Worst experience. Who?t honor a website deal that they know that the website is broken. Wrong pizzas. Wrong size of pizza. Don't order. I called the store and I just go to dead air or constantly strenuous signal. If I had got less stars, I would have. I want the shop owner/operator to contact me. -Ron S

Unprofessional staff. Don?t order a carry out here it will be a big mistake... I ordered a Big dinner box for carry out at 7.33pm and the pickup time was given as 7.55pm. I reached the restaurant at 8.10pm. I paid for my order and I was told to wait as it is not ready yet. My order no. is 0120. Now from the front office girl I understand that there were only 2 members in the kitchen preparing orders thus it is taking delay. We kept waiting, and apparently we saw people who ever ordered after me at the counter also got their food delivered in 15-20 mins, however my order never finished. Finally at 8.45 I had to ask what has really happened to my order, then the girl ran quickly into the kitchen and did something. I got my box given to me at 8.55pm with cold pizza in it. Obviously the pizza was made in time to order but they were waiting for the wings order to be ready and prioritized all other orders to finishing the wings. I understand there will be situations where you need to deal with such overload but cant be dealt this way. Will never go there!!

The service was average, as were the pizzas. There's definitely room for improvement, especially with the cleanliness of the restrooms and tables. On a positive note, I appreciated the convenient location and didn't encounter any issues during my visit.

I had a disappointing experience with my pizza order. It arrived two and a half hours late, and by the time it got here, it was cold, dry, and overcooked. This was the worst experience I've ever had with a pizza. While the delivery person was great, the quality of the pizza was just terrible.

My first visit to this place really made my day. I ordered a large original pan pizza with extra beef and cheese. Honestly, the pizza looked fantastic and tasted incredibly good! Seriously, it was amazing! I want to give a shout-out to the lovely woman who greeted me—her warm and welcoming energy made a great impression. This will definitely be one of my go-to spots because, as we all know, not every Pizza Hut is created equal. Amen!
