Food is out of this world! Triva during the winter. Music throughout the week!

Moog 's Place was able to accommodate our large table of 8 on a whim during a very busy holiday week. Our waitress was great. The food and beer selection were both sophisticated and casual. High quality food all around. It was also 'live mike ' night which made for a fun atmosphere. Would definitely return next time we 're in town to ski.

I'm guessing all these great reviews are written by loyal regulars, or maybe we just caught them on an off night. This is a very small place, crowded, old, a little dirty, with VERY slow service and average to below average food. We sat outside with a dozenlocals who all knew each other, very friendly vibe with everyone stopping at every table to say hi. Tuesday night and had a livesolo guitar/singer, quite loud and good on guitar, but should stick to softer, simpler tunes. We waited over an hour and ahalf(! for our simple order onion rings (well breaded but cold , shrimp salad sandwich (surprisingly good and chef's saladwith grilled chicken (came cold . Clearly the food had been made 30 60 minutes before coming to our table and might have beenpretty good if not cold and starting to petrify. There was only one waitress who was torn between hustling and chilling with allthe locals. After being there more than two hours I went to see if she'd rung up my bill and she was talking to friends at thebar, seemed surprised to see that I was still there. So, classic rundown neighborhood hangout amateur but enthusiastic music, competent kitchen, beat up premises, and service that can disappear for way too long.

At one time this place was great, been a regular there for almost 4 years. With the new staff it's horrible now. Waited minutes for one drink Last Friday night, with a group of coworkers on our way out was accused of taking a glass that no one wants orhad. Toddlers sitting at the bar
