Hate this one slow af never get my drinks right it's like come on have pride people
The worst example of a Dunkin donuts I've ever experienced. The lobby service is terrible. They often only take cash, if the lobby is even open. And rest assured the drive through line is wrapped around the building. I have left mad and empty handed onmultiple occasions. ????????
If I could give 0 stars I would. Service is always horrible and employees are unprofessional, border line unsanitary. I watched a girl pulling on her lips while discussing a customer order and a man pulling his pants up then sticking his hands in a bagthen proceeding to get donuts. Neither had gloves and continued to make drinks and grab donuts without washing their hands.
Every other trip to this location they screw up even the simplest of orders.the wait is completely ridiculous and I can't tell if the people working there are capable of even the simplest of tasks.also the inside where they work is completely filthy.
Waited in the drive thru again for 15 to 20 minutes (yeah, just hoping their faster this time). Wrong order again. Went in to correct their incompetence only to be asked, do you want a new one ? Oh you can throw that one out . Waited another 10minutes for the correct coffee. No apology.
