The food is great. I don't know why people give bad reviews. Maybe because they've been upgraded since then. The offers are well cooked, and the Mozzarella cheese sticks are the best I have ever tried. I recommend going here if you want American food fresh

Very slow service, unsatisfied food. Root beer floats use soft servings that use a kind of strange corruption of a root beer float. You could be worse for airport dinner.

Must be 1 star able to post my review, but really is 0 star. Very bad service, “manager” she was very rude and needs 1 on 1 hospitality services class ASAP. Very important if this place DOESTN’T have the TOYS for the children meals, you should set a sign or leave your costumer before the time before buying the children meals. Because in this way you do not have annoyed children and another point is it contained in the overpriced child's meal. At Leasing you should offer an ice cone. I'm coming to this airport and you just lost a costumer.

My first time here and my last. Wasn't busy and food took too long to make, especially for just the 3 tenders I ordered. Chicken wasn't even that good and they didn't even have blue cheese. I also expected the chicken tenders to be coated in the buffalo sauce, instead of just giving me 2 sauce cups. You're better off going to Bruegger's right next to it.

My recommendation would just be to avoid this place. Employees don't care and service is absurdly slow even when no one there. It seems like Brueggers, which is right next to it, is able to serve 10 or more customers in time it takes for one person to get food at A&W. I have been here several times and slowness is consistent. I think you could go to CPK and they would make a pizza faster. Or, Five Guys cooks a burger from scratch faster and is much better. And, I get increased prices at airport, but this place is charges too much as well. Food is ok when you do get it but nothing special. There is no reason to go here. It is the worst option for eating in this terminal.
