The Cookie Connect - Morristown

Took my family there after a show at MPAC. We had 5 children with us and my wife had to take them out of the store because the music they were playing was full of profanity and explicit lyrics.....I was shocked at what they were playing. The employees have no personality and hide in the back.....the store looks vacant. The cookies were fine, not great. I would recommend spending your money elsewhere.

Some of these reviews are nonsense!! Every time I go to cookie connect, I am treated with the upmost respect, served properly and eloquently, wether it be a kid or an adult, I always have the best service here. Sometimes the wait might take long but when there’s a crowd of people and only 1-2 employees, it’s understandable. Way better than crumbl cookie!!

They are not understanding at all. Customer service was very poor and they never get me the correct order unless I go and make sure myself. Customer service was very dead inside and

If I could give a zero I would, came at 11pm to the store just for the doors to be closed. Kid in the front ignored us for the first 15 minutes, then when he realized we weren’t leaving he, he told us ”we are close, because we have to deep clean for the ceo tomorrow”. First of all what ceo is coming to check if the store is cleaned or not. The ceo is on a beach tanning not checking stores. Second who needs 1 hour to deep clean a store, you are baking cookies not doing construction. Terrible workers, terrible store, waist of my time and gas. I don’t recommend coming here, next time they might close for the day to deep clean, garage.
