If I could give negative 5 starts I would. I drove all the way from KY to shop in Morristown today and thought Ruby Tuesday's would be a good place to eat because of their salad bar. BOY WAS I WRONG. Our waitress was horrible the service was slow. She brought me the wrong drink twice kept forgetting simple things like a straw and napkins. After over an hour of waiting for our food we finally we finally told her to bag it. Once I got it home and tried it my 16 dollar I realized it would've tasted it better if it came off the dollar menu at McDonalds the Mac cheese tasted like it had sat out for hours. I will probably never be back and advise anyone else not to go.
DO NOT EAT HERE I ordered to go with door dash and they gave me the wrong order so I took it back. they gave away my food to someone else and was not going to remake my food. It took 15 minutes and talking to 3 different people for them to finally make me my food. Finally got home to eat it and it was terrible. Worst experience I've had in a while.
