What Mad Barman doesn't like about Raul's Empanadas Town:
Was on line waiting to order. Owner told an Uber driver that he would have to wait until entire line was taken care of because Uber doesn’t pay until next week. Blew my mind. Now I know why my orders come so late when I order delivery. Customers should be treated equally and so should these delivery drivers. They are getting paid $2 per order. Raul’s is such a staple in Morristown, my husband and I haven’t been here since before the pandemic, but I remember looking forward to Raul’s after a night out on the town and we used to order delivery to the hospital when I used to work there. We heard either management or cooking style has changed since then and we had been skeptic to go back, but we ordered some to take home tonight when we were back in town meeting up with friends. I’m so glad we did! The empanadas smelled so good and the scent of the fried dough was so tempting I had to eat one in the car! It was so fresh and warm and crispy, and the chipotle sauce went so well with it. I must not remember what it used to be like, but I must say this was pretty good! We will definitely be back to order empanadas to go when we are back in town!!!

This was my second time ordering from them through door dash. First time food was hot and fresh. Idk what happened the second time around my food was spilled out into the bag the salsa that came with it was spoiled it was milky looking and very sour. Probably not gonna order from them again just surprised by the way I got the food.
Today is the second time I order food for delivery. They forgot to add the drinks that I’ve paid for. Intentional?Also, bought 9 empanadas (and other things), they included 3 mini sauces only I specifically asked for sauce…Pretty poor service. Unlikely I’ll try again. Food is ok though.
