Cold Stone Creamery - Morristown

This is the second time getting a cake from here and being disappointed. I figured I'd give it another try, but there were barely any cookies in the icecream portion just like before. It wasn't even close to what was pictured. I guess if your getting icecream you may have enough toppings in it, but when they assemble the cakes, they are very stingy. The cake portion didn't taste very fresh either.

OMG where to start? The place is shared with a Blimpie subs place, last time I saw a Blimpie was 18 years ago. Wow. The same attendant makes subs and sells ice cream. Looks like she hates her job. Took forever just waiting for her to finish a ham sub before I was able to ask for my online order. I placed that order 45 minutes before getting there and she didn't even know my order was there, she had to pull the info from whatever POS system they use and then she realize she did not have the two flavors I ordered. Garbage place, terrible customer service and looks dirty AF. Stay away.

Went here and found 2 young men. They were awesome. Some of the places I've been have been a bit stingy and I subsequently never go back. But these men made the best sundaes I've ever had at Cold Stone. We ordered the Founders Favorite and the German Chocolate Cake sundaes. They were packed with goodies. We were very happy.

This location is shared with a Blimpie which is a bit weird. Parking is a pain and it doesn’t have a full selection of ice cream and the service didn’t seem too great—maybe because they were tired and it was late—not sure. We wanted Kit Kat as a topping but they didn’t tell us until after we ordered which would have still been acceptable except we got no apology or even suggestions for alternative toppings that they did have in stock. While we were paying we saw a whole bunch of kit kar bars in a jar and when we asked about them, we were told they didn’t use them because they would need to break the bars. It also doesn’t seem very clean but again, that could have been because it was late.

Delicious. My favorite is cotton candy ice cream with cookie dough chunks.
