We ordered two meals and then went to get our drinks. There were two other customers waiting for their orders, so we stood behind them. After about 15 minutes, the manager told my wife that her meal was ready. However, it had been sitting on the counter since we got our drinks. My wife asked one of the staff for fresh meals that were hot, but he simply walked away. When she approached another staff member to request a refund, he also ignored her and left. She came back to our table to update me on the situation. I went over to the counter and asked who was in charge. One guy said he was, so I told him I wanted a refund. He refunded our money and apologized. The staff seemed poorly trained and unprofessional. We decided to go to Hardee's up the street, where we received excellent hot meals for about half the price of what we had at this place. The young lady who served us there was friendly and professional, and we gladly gave her a tip.
I visited the restaurant early in the morning right after a snowstorm. Although the dining area was closed, they kindly opened it up for me. Thank you!
This is absolutely the worst Bojangles I've ever been to. We roll up, order our food, and they tell us it will be 9 minutes they are making biscuits. So we pull over to the side and wait and wait, watch everyone else get their food, and wait. I finally go in after 20 minutes and they haven't even started on our food and they say they'll hurry and make it but I said no just refund my money. At which point the manager gets huffy and smart and never did apologize! I'm sorry to anyone else who has had to deal with this Bojangles!
The food was served hot and fresh, and the staff was delightful and very helpful.
