I used to like eating food from here but there is a guy that works there now and he is incredibly rude. I went in to order food and before I could even say anything he said he only had one thing made and I asked so I can 't order any food? and he said no, I don 't feel like making anything. I would consider going back and changing my review if he didn 't work there anymore but definitely not while he 's there. It 's the job he was hired for and he doesn 't feel like doing it....so then please go find another job.
Bit pricey for the lil portions. Greasy, but that can hit the spot at times.
The staff was friendly and polite. We were not able to dine-in due shortage of staff, but give credit they remain open for carryout. Very disappointed with the food...the steak and cheese sub had very minimal steak and cheese filling, and the bun was hard as a rock by the time we got home. The manicotti had very little cheese filling to the point they were flat instead of stuffed, and there was wayyy too much sauce for 3 manicotti. The side salad had lettuce, a few tomato bits,, and a pickle slice instead of cucumbers. The pizza was good, and the garlic knots were amazing!! However, for the price we paid $60 total), we expected a little more in terms of food.
Consistently the finest Italian sandwiches, and the pizza is excellent too!
Terrible service. We placed our order through the screen, and the woman behind the counter watched us the entire time. After we took the receipt to the front to pay, we waited almost 30 minutes only to discover that she didn't have a screen to see our order and never bothered to check with us. The staff at the front were aware of the issue but also didn’t say anything to us. When we inquired about our food, we were met with an attitude as if we were at fault. We ended up getting the runaround from both her and the front counter until we threatened to speak to a manager. The service was rude, and there wasn't a single professional staff member to be found. We won't be returning anytime soon.
