The staff was fantastic, and the room was clean, although a little dated. Overall, I was happy with my stay. The food at the restaurant was good and reasonably priced. Service: 5 stars.

The service was exceptional. Every aspect of our experience was delightful—the room, pool, spa, and food. Despite a large reception happening at the same time, the restaurant staff was quick and efficient. They even provided a separate locked room for us to store our bicycles, which was a great convenience since we didn’t have to keep them in our room. Overall, I rate the service a perfect 5.

Travelled there from Brockville early October, 2024, just for dinner. It was very good. The people at the front counter told us about a special dinner at Christmas and to contact them after Thanksgiving. I contacted them November 1, 2024 to ask about a dinner or buffet and got the reply that they are closed Christmas day, no other information about any special dinner A bizarre place. I wonder about the validity of the 5 star reviews. Service: 3

The hotel was very clean, although it felt a bit outdated. I appreciated the two designated smoking areas. The staff at both the hotel and the restaurant were friendly and helpful. The onsite restaurant (the tavern) was decent, but nothing extraordinary. If I find myself traveling for work in this area again, I would definitely consider rebooking. Service rating: 5.

It is an acceptable place with kind staff. I quote 3 star to downgrade the actual 4 star. I do refer on it to choose the hotel and it was unfortunately below below my expectation particularly for the room. See other specific comments. Service: 5
