Every time I visit this Jac... read more I placed a simple order for 6 biscuits, yet I watched as about 12 orders placed after mine were completed before I received my food. Every time I visit this Jack's in Morris, there's always some sort of issue. Is it really that hard to find good employees?

It took a full 20 minutes to receive my sausa... read more (Drive-thru) I noticed several cars ahead of me, waiting at the window, with one customer ordering in front of me. It took a full 20 minutes to receive my sausage biscuit meal, and I was tempted to just leave. The drive-thru worker was unfriendly and barely said a word, only handing my food out the window and saying, "Here you go." The sweet tea was disappointing too—barely any sugar in it at all. I definitely don’t enjoy unsweetened tea, lol.
