Casey's - Morris

The general manager you hired is ineffective and is, unfortunately, the worst I've encountered. She tends to boss everyone around, which creates a negative atmosphere. This location has consistently been disappointing. The food is often undercooked—my pizza had raw dough. I don't plan on returning to this store again. The donuts are burnt and are only available a couple of days a week. Overall, it's a disappointing experience, and the way the GM treats staff is unacceptable. I won't be coming back.

I called around 12:59 PM with a question, and suddenly the person on the other end asked who I was, which I declined to share. After that, they asked how they could assist me. I had two general questions: whether they have an ATM on the premises and if they offer gift cards for Casey's. Unfortunately, I didn't get any answers when I called back, and I suspect they hung up on me. It seems they don’t provide phone support, but they should have informed me of this before I called back. Overall, my experience with the service was disappointing: 2 out of 5.

Workers are being paid less than $12. So they are gonna act their wage.

If I could I would give them a zero. Very horrible experience, rude staff and nothing was stocked, and store was dirty. Why such a horrible turn around in just a couple weeks?! This store was not this way a month ago. I will not be returning back

As a morning baker and cook, I can confidently say that this is a fantastic place to work. The food is excellent, earning a solid 5. The service is also top-notch, receiving a 5 as well. The atmosphere is inviting and enjoyable, also deserving of a 5. Overall, a great experience!
