Friendly efficient service again. Tuesday is Tapas night in addition to the main menu. We ordered a selection and everything was well cooked and presented. The whitebait and beer treacle bread were outstanding. View all feedback.
What StephenH doesn't like about The Granby Inn:
We were so looking forward to this night. A rare family night out. We were welcomed by friendly staff and got attended to straight away. It was disappointing to find fillet steak was not on the menu after seeing it on the website so we ordered steaks that were available. They weren't great. A very noisy party was in the other room with a baby crying continuously. An expensive night. View all feedback.

Big eating full of sunday roasts was exactly what we needed after a long walk in Rothbury. highly recommended for all traveling.
Unfortunately we waited very long for our food, which more pampered the experience. at 2.00 we were all quite hungry and we waited for our frying for three quarters of an hour eating at 2.45 that was also not where close to full this time. but when the food finally arrived, it was delicious.

We were made to feel very welcome. Nothing was to much trouble. The food was good value for money. We had the 3 course’s and a bottle of wine for £50 per couple. If we were ever to be up that way again we would definitely eat there.
