The fish factory is a great place to get a variety of fresh seafood. One can get everything from oysters, calamari and prawns to sashimi grade tuna and salmon. The food from the restaurant is also very good. It's generally our place to go for good fish and chips. The tartare sauce is pretty tasty as well.

Got our Christmas seafood from there. Worth the drive as we had the best fresh seafood for the day. It was really busy during Christmas period and took us about an hour or so of waiting in the queue but the pace has a great system that works really well. Totally worth it.

Great quality food in a busy venue. House made sauces make the meals pop with flavours. Booking recommended.

I enjoyed an early lunch at this restaurant and picked up some fresh seafood on my way out. The seafood was incredibly fresh and absolutely fantastic. The marinara sauce stood out, and all the seafood was cooked to perfection, especially the bug and calamari, which are often easy to overcook. They were neither raw nor dry—just juicy and perfect. The arancini was delicious, and the kids loved their sliders. The kids' cheeseburger was also very juicy, which is great to see—they really pay attention to even the smaller portions. The juice and ice cream were a hit with the little ones, too. The fish tacos were also delightful. On our way out, we grabbed some king crab, oysters, and octopus, all of which were excellent. While it’s not the cheapest option (the sashimi was a bit pricey but looked incredibly fresh), the quality definitely justifies the price. The staff were all friendly and professional, and it was impressive to see that they are cross-trained to handle both kitchen and store duties as needed—this efficiency was nice to watch as they stepped in wherever required. The restaurant side is well-soundproofed from the store, making it quite peaceful even when busy. There's plenty of parking available, and the signage for turning in from the road when heading west is clear, so you won’t miss it. Just a note: there’s no right turn when exiting the car park, which helps streamline the exit. I highly recommend this place; it’s definitely worth the trip across town!
