Consistently nice place to visit.  Food never disappoints, and the staff are friendly although there seems to be have been a lot of changes lately.  T... read more Consistently nice place to visit.  Food never disappoints, and the staff are friendly although there seems to be have been a lot of changes lately.  They do some fantastic deals, and the ambience is that of a relaxed bar, where you can spend time with family and friends and not feel the need to  move on.  Thanks to the manager for letting us watch the soccer game.   We have been going there for the past 3 years and will continue to do so.  I work in a restaurant and have had some not so nice experiences with pub meals and surly staff but this is not one of these places!  Thanks guys.

I'm usually very careful when I rely on bad reviews, as I know that you do not know anyone's judgments, the food was quite subkaned by a means rare steak receiv... read more I'm usually very careful when I rely on bad reviews, as I know that you do not know anyone's judgments, the food was quite subkaned by a means rare steak received a very small, over-cooked proportion of steak on muddy chips, and the Bred pork sneakers were again a small part of cold, pulled pork and breastfeeding chips. Overall favorable ingredients used minimal employees, it sounds like a greedy owner trying to pick up the margins

The 'reef and beef ' lunch special was a very generous size for $16. I had the grilled barramundi with mash and salad and it was cooked perfectly. The staff were lovely and helpful.
