Ordered grilled chicken- got crumbed, they argued it was still grilled...order blue steak- got medium to well. Ordered seared scallops- either they weren't seared, or they weren't scallops. Officially won't be back!

Im usually very cautious on leaving bad reviews as i know you cant please everybody and people are quick to judge but this place is an exception- waited 50minut... read more Im usually very cautious on leaving bad reviews as i know you cant please everybody and people are quick to judge but this place is an exception- waited 50minutes for 2 meals all the staff were very nice but was clearly not enough of them. Food was pretty sub par asked for a medium rare steak received a very small overcooked portion of steak on soggy chips and the pulled pork nachos consisted of once again a small portion of cold pulled pork and stale chips. Overall cheap ingredients used minimal staff it sounds like a greedy owner trying to up the margins

The 'reef and beef ' lunch special was a very generous size for $16. I had the grilled barramundi with mash and salad and it was cooked perfectly. The staff were lovely and helpful.

Consistently nice place to visit.  Food never disappoints, and the staff are friendly although there seems to be have been a lot of changes lately.  They do som... read more Consistently nice place to visit.  Food never disappoints, and the staff are friendly although there seems to be have been a lot of changes lately.  They do some fantastic deals, and the ambience is that of a relaxed bar, where you can spend time with family and friends and not feel the need to  move on.  Thanks to the manager for letting us watch the soccer game.   We have been going there for the past 3 years and will continue to do so.  I work in a restaurant and have had some not so nice experiences with pub meals and surly staff but this is not one of these places!  Thanks guys.
